Are there warranties, exchanges or refunds?
There are 1 year warranties on tablets and electronic items for repairs only. There are no refunds for software purchases. If you have an issue with the software you may contact us and we can straighten it out for you but there are no refunds. The iPower Wristbands have a 30 day warranty.
